Super strong market continue in October! I think this winter may just be our summer for real estate

This gorgeous home just sold only 2 days on the market with 3 offers over asking price, it was listed at $1,085,000. Most of the Buyers were from Bay Area. We have less than half of the inventory we normally do! Right now El Dorado Hills has only 105 available homes, when we normally see between 190-220 and Folsom only 60 homes for sale, normally we see around 170. I say it's good to be a Seller and prices.... well they are still climbing.
