The Crew at Andy’s believes in community service and support in all of our actions. In 1999, Joe Kroening was honored with the Frank Roberts Award for community service - which was presented to him by (then) Assemblyman Adam Schiff, Senator Jack Scott, Frank Roberts aka Mr. Montrose and Montrose Chamber President Rick Dinger (Joe’s second son in law). This event was a Tri Chamber Mixer that Andy’s hosted for the Montrose-Verdugo City Chamber of Commerce, La Canada Flintri...dge Chamber of Commerce & Community Association, and the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce. As a lifelong Rotarian, Joe has always lived by their motto Service Above Self. He has instilled this in us all through Andy’s Transfer’s community involvement. We have been proud to sponsor hundreds of youth sports teams, non profit organizations, service groups such as Kiwanis & Rotary and worthy causes over our 99 years in business. We have continued to embrace community leadership roles with Patrick Longo later serving as the Montrose-Verdugo City Chamber of Commerce President and California Moving and Storage Association (CMSA)’s Chairman. The Crew at Andy’s truly believes that putting community service ahead of yourself makes the world a better place.
