Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a great weekend and are as excited as I am about cooler weather. The family and I officially have our Thanksgiving tree up, which magically turns into a Christmas tree overnight after thanksgiving (I suspect my wife). We wrapped up the weekend by decorating turkey cookies, and now we’re all back to work! How was your weekend?

Happy October Everyone! My family and I have been in full swing this season with carving pumpkins and visiting different patches. Andrew was great, He talked me through many issues. Would reach out with a call when he sensed my frustration. I have no complaints at all About Andrew and would highly recommend him to others. Not so thrilled with Summit lending though. I understand in the situation everyone is extremely busy, short handed etc etc. But the process was late getting completed. And too many credit checks that dinged me multiple times.

Andrew is amazing. He broke everything down to us without making us feel dumb for not understanding things. This whole process was very seamless, on our end, although there were some kinks to get worked out. Andrew made buying our forever home a great experience.

In the midst of one of the craziest mortgage/real estate markets we've ever seen, its important to remember what is truly important. For me, its family. My mom is battling breast cancer for the 2nd time but doing GREAT! With COVID-19 on the loose, it doesn't make battling cancer any easier. With her having to stay indoors due to an already compromised immune system, she hardly gets to see her friends, family, and grandchildren. With a massive team effort between the school staff, paramedics, EMT’s, fire, and police, we performed CPR with advanced life support intervention for probably 25 minutes. Mi...raculously, Amanda’s pulse returned! She was flown to Stanford where her intensive care continued as she remained in a coma. Andrew montero and Valerie Collins were excellent people to deal with after dealing with another lender and another Realestate agent I was Refered to Valerie and Andrew start to finish he was right there along with me helping me through the process of buying my 1st home our family owes a great deal of appreciation to Andrew for his excellent service fast and efficient work he made the process very easy and took a lot of stress off the situation

Overall the communication and transparency of the entire transaction. Nine times out of ten we have to stay on top of the buyer's agent and lender to ensure the file stays on track with deadlines/contingencies. In this case, Andrew was always reaching out to us letting us know exactly where we were in the process. There was a small hiccup at the end that was unavoidable and even when I received the call I wasn't phased because I knew we were working with a great lender that was solution-oriented
