This year, I’ll have been a San Diego Real Estate agent for 4 years. Though I couldn’t accomplish a few of the goals I set at the beginning of my career, I can genuinely say that I’m ok with that. I’m ok because I was given so many opportunities to encounter and overcome adversity throughout these years. To me, that has brought the most value to my experience as a Real Estate agent and life in general. These challenges sometimes brought a lot of anxiety and uncertainty at fir...st, but in the end, there was always a blessing ready to be revealed. Being able to adapt and overcome and learn from my mistakes really helped me develop and improve my business approach with each client. The most important goal I met was actually my top goal.
