During my couples sessions.. some of the hardest work involves redefining what love is for each individual. And not in the sense of love languages (although we talk about that a lot too).. but in the sense of how being loved/loving someone should make you feel (as opposed to how being loved by your parents made you feel). Without this work.. a lot of pain, discomfort, drama and CHAOS is created and experienced unnecessarily. #dothework

Starting on Thursday May 4th I will be running a Postpartum Depression group for new moms in San Pedro. It'll run 6 weeks, every Thursday from 10am-11:30am.
