The High and Low Sales in San Diego County for November 2019 Del Mar has yielded the high sale position to its neighbor to the north, Solana Beach. This contemporary home was built in 2019 and consists of 6,183sf with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It is located on a 20,097sf lot with ocean views. It sold for $8,595,000. The low end has left the desert and went to the mountains. The low sale for November is a rustic 1923 cabin located in Palomar Mountain. This cabin consists of 468sf with no bedrooms and one bathrooms on a 7,888sf lot. It sold for $66,000.

The High and Low Sales in San Diego County for October 2019 Del Mar continues its run dominating the high sale category in 2019. This sale just misses the 100 most expensive homes list which now requires 11 Million plus price to reach. This contemporary home was built in 2017 and consists of 6,115sf with 4 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms on a 1.37 acre lot with ocean and coastline views over the race track. It sold for $10,500,000. . On the low end of the range for October is another golf course community home in Borrego Springs. This home was built in 1989 and consists of 1,372sf with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sold for $137,500.

The High and Low Sales in San Diego County for September 2019 Del Mar has been dominating the high sale category in 2019 with another record setting sale located in the Beach Colony. This sale is another entry into the top 100 most expensive home sales in San Diego County and is the 4th highest sale ever in the San Diego MLS. This home is Classic Cape Cod built in 2009 and consists of 4,200sf with 7 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms on a 5,662sf lot. It sold for $23,500,000. . On the low end of the range for August is a modest home in Warner Springs. This home was built in 2004 and consists of 1,301sf with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sold for $164,000.

It sold for $22,000,000 and is the 6th highest sale ever in San Diego County. On the low end of the for August is a golf course home located in Borrego Springs. This home was built in 1991 and consisted of 1,356sf with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on a 5,295sf site. It sold for $160,000.

This sale is also an entry into the top 100 most expense home sales in San Diego County. This beach front home as white water ocean views and toes in the sand. This 1968 home has been extensively remodeled and consists 2,519 sf, 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and one half bathroom on a 2,333 sf l...ot. It sold for $15,4000,000 and is the 5th highest sale ever in San Diego on a price-per-square-foot basis. On the low end of the spectrum is the Lowest sale not only for July; but, for the year. This desert cabin is located in Canebrake in Anza Borrego/Agua Caliente area of East County. This cabin was a complete fixer of 744 sf built in 1940 with two bedrooms and no bathroom on a 5.59 acre site. It sold for $27,500.

The High and Low Sales in San Diego County for June 2019 The High Sale for June was located in Coronado. This bay front home has panoramic bay and downtown San Diego skyline views. It consists of a main house and guest house totaling 7,228 sf, 6 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 4 half-bathrooms and is on a 18,572 lot. The home was built in 2005 and is known as Zee Huis, Dutch for "Sea House" It sold for $10,000,000. This home is the second record high sale in a row which we have appraised. The Low Sale is less glamorous; but, it is a quaint mountain cottage on Palomar Mountain. This cabin was a complete fixer of 672 sf built in 1939. It sold for $70,000.

The High and Low Sales in San Diego County for May 2019. The High Sale was located in La Jolla. Breaking Del Mar's hold on the top spot for San Diego County. This four bedroom, five bathroom, 6,059sf home is located on the bluff with panoramic north shore views. It sold for $8,650,000. (Note: We have appraised this home three different times). The Low Sale was located in Mount Laguna. This two bedroom, one bathroom, log cabin is 1,200sf and was built in 1937. It sold for $110,000.

The High and Low Sales in San Diego County for April 2019. The High Sale was located in Del Mar. This is the third month in a row that Del Mar has had the high sale for the county. This five bedroom, six and one-half bathroom, 5,696sf home was still under construction when it sold. Its on a 12,985sf lot with a good ocean view. It sold for $9,450,000. The Low Sale was located in Jacumba. This two bedroom, one bathroom, 1,100sf home was built in 1948 on a 5,227sf site and sold for $135,000.

The low sale at $105,000 was a 1,292sf., 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home built in 1935 on a 1 acre site in Borrego Springs. This is also the second month Borrego Springs has the low sale for the county.
