Hello fam! It’s been a minute! So I found myself with some extra time and decided I would try my hand at making Sourdough Viennoiserie (Croissants and Pain au Chocolat). (Disclaimer: I did cheat a little and used a little bit of commercial instant yeast to help the process along) . I am huge fan of croissants but have always been a little intimidated by the process. But finally got up the nerve to try it and I’m so glad I did. .... It was definitely a good challenge but I’m fairly happy with the results, specially for a first timer. So much more to learn in this world of laminated doughs . But I think I might like it. . Stay tuned for some more downtime creations. . . See more
