Woo Hoo! What a week! We closed on TWO properties in El Cerrito on Friday, and we are totally thrilled for our clients! Yep- a world wide pandemic can't stop us Essential Service People (I know, right? Real Estate is considered Essential!:!!) And we are here to make it happen for our clients! Our fabulous buyers were able to close on 1328 Scott St, and snagged it for more than $100K LESS than list price!! And our wonderful seller received a lovely offer at a nice chunk OVER the solid list price on that adorable house. SO! I had to celebrate a bit, right?
