If you are thinking about selling, you are in good company with 55% of consumers who said it is a good time to sell. ... Buying now? Low interest rates continue to fuel the optimism for homebuying; just over one in four (27%) of the consumers believed that now is a good time to buy a home. This is us in the closing hours of 2020!
