Each day we track our scores to create a leaderboard to encourage a competitive atmosphere and create an environment where you can push yourself beyond what you could do on your own. Despite the competitive atmosphere nobody cares who 'wins' each day. The real winners are the ones that turn up every day, put in the work, exceed expectations and see constant progress.

Consistency and commitment in the gym is important. But to see the best results, both mentally and physically, it’s what you do with the other 23 hours that really matters. Good sleep hygiene, nutrition and hydration are the back bone of everything. @ampassocchallenge

Testing week started with a 1rm back squat, 1 min max effort echo bike and 10 minute max effort bike/ski. If you aren’t aren’t tracking and testing, how do you know if you’re improving?

We didn’t create this gym to do remote training. We created it to bring people together, to push each other and to be the best hour of their day. We all missed the barbells and machines but we missed each other more. Happy and fortunate to be able to able to provide some normalcy in otherwise strange times.

One million meters! Another demonstration of how strong our community is. Not only have we built a collection of some of the fittest, strongest people in the area but we also have a group of people that involve themselves beyond just working out.... Yesterday we came together to put one million meters on our machines. Raise $6000 (x2 with a corporate match) for two great causes (@rebuild.inform.grow and @colorofchange)... and say goodbye to coach @ashshine_ before she moves to Colorado. So thankful of everyone that helped contribute to this. @ Amp Association
