Thor and Bella's DNA health testing. We were planning on breeding these two together but we cannot with these results. Both are carriers of DM which means if they are bred to a clear dog none of their pups will have issues. If two carriers are bred that is when you get puppies with genetic health issues. THIS is why we see health testing as such an important part of breeding. These are two healthy dogs and a vet would've never known this about their DNA if we didn't have samples sent out. These two healthy dogs could've caused huge heartaches for future families BUT they won't because they were tested and not bred together. On the upside we will breed Bella to drogon because he is clear of DM.

Health testing is in and she did amazing! Not many mastiffs get an excellent rating on their hips.

Slowly but surely OFA is adding in their health tests. Drogon and Terk have passed everything so far, including dm, pra, and cmr which are listed awhile back. Just waiting on a few more tests to post.

Happy 6th birthday to Hoss x Vivace's. Kameha, kahlua, bria, Thomas, walley, blue, arpeggia, zander, and princess. Well belated because it was yesterday. Arpeggia is in the middle, laying her head on her doggy mother who is still happily kicking around and will be ten years old this year.

This guy had a fun day at the vet getting his ofa health testing. He sure loved flirting with everyone, and they loved all 234 pounds of his meat head self.
