Hi all, It is with a heavy heart that I let you know, Chico Walks for Autism 2020 has been canceled. The new date to circle, highlight and sticker all over as ...something to look forward to: APRIL 10, 2021 If you have purchased a shirt for the event, you can activate a refund through eventbrite OR carry your purchase forward to next year's event (this will happen automatically if you do nothing). Until we can all celebrate each other again in person, keep holding each other up, helping each other out and doing what this community does so well: take care of one another.

Hello AMJaMB family. The Autism Walk is now scheduled for May 30th instead of April 4th.

AMJaMB Supported Living Services 17.10.2020

For those of you that are part of our AMJaMB family, I will keep you posted on the status of the Autism Walk.

This was a response to a smaller post, but we wanted to make sure the larger group saw our plans moving forward around Chico Walks for Autism 2020: Our plan is ...to follow any rules set forth from the city regarding events and gatherings. Currently, the walk is still a go. I think that if/when a case shows up in butte county, canceling the 2020 walk is very much a possibility. Over the next week we will be making decisions with other organizations about how we should move forward and I will let this community know as soon as we know. -josie

PUSD Schools Closed Tuesday, October 29th Good Evening PUSD Parents and Guardians, This is Michelle John calling with an update regarding school on Tuesday, Oc...tober 29th, 2019. Unfortunately, we will be unable to hold school tomorrow, Tuesday, October 29th due to the continuation of no power and the need to have power for at least 12 hours to pump the septics down low enough so that the generators can keep up with the usage. We are also concerned with how cold the classrooms are getting with this cooler weather and no electricity to provide heat. Our PGE contact has informed us that the power outage may continue through Wednesday. If that is the case we will be unable to hold school on Wednesday either. If by chance the power is returned at any time on Tuesday we will return to school on Wednesday. We will send another update tomorrow afternoon/evening. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing your family and children. We are as frustrated as you. It is our intent to re-open schools as quickly as possible with heat and septic facilities. We will keep you updated as information becomes available.
