George the owner of American River Plumbing was amazing are heating element went out one morning I called him he said when the new element came in he would be there to replace it for me the next morning he was there replaced the element and we had hot water within a hour I highly recommend George he was a pleasure to work with.

I contacted American River Plumbing on a Sunday and received a call the following afternoon. George was able to come to my residence the following afternoon and arrived during the time expected. He immediately diagnosed the problem with the faucet and had it adjusted and fixed in short order. While doing the work on the faucet, he advised me that the garbage disposal was on its last legs. He showed me where it was worn down and that water was pushing out of the disposal und...er the sink each time I used it. I had wondered where the leak was coming from. I had been planning to replace the disposal for well over a year, so had him do that as well. At the same time, he replaced the drain which was also leaking. In less than an hour, the issue with my dripping faucet was fixed and new disposal installed. Plus, he gave good advice and was extremely knowledgeable about Moen products. See more

I needed a toilet replaced in a bathroom with very little space. Complicating things is that I needed the toilet seat to be higher up off the ground to make it more comfortable for my 81 year old mother. American River made the whole experience painless. Excellent installation and sage advice!

George was very prompt and called before coming over. Later that evening I had a problem with my ice maker and he returned that night to try and resolve the problem. The small valve for the water to the ice maker had to be replaced. George came back the next morning and made the repair. He did not have to come out of his way that night to try and repair that valve. I was very grateful for his extra effort to resolve my my problem.
