Grief and praise, sorrow and joy are two sides of the same coin. Our culture does not provide many spaces for people to grieve and honor what we loved and lost, the tumultuousness of these times, systemic racism and other violence, climate change, the parts of you that have never known love or acceptance, anticipatory grief, and more. These two hour workshops provide a space for sharing, artwork, journalling, voice work, restorative yoga and sound healing, and somatic and trauma resilience practices to help us be with our pain and the pain of the world while connecting with others. This container helps us metabolize our grief and connect with more compassion to ourselves and others.
