On the left: avacado toast with a thyme infused mayo dressing, smoked bacon and 2 poached eggs. Also a pomegranate/walnut spring salad and fresh cantelope lightly dusted with cinnamon. One the right, our vegan option: skillet potatoes with a veggie scramble. Happy Sunday!
