Connecting my two favorite places!

Happy New Year! Given the shaky start that feels like a bit of a strange greeting, but I do think we are all ready for a new year. 2020 was full of craziness and tragedy, but some good things came from this as well. These are some of the *good* things: -Loosening of City restrictions on outdoor dining setups (have wanted to see this for YEARS! Hopefully it stays)... -Slow streets - more people getting out on their feet and walking around discovering their neighborhoods and the hidden corners of San Francisco -Flexible working from home for those fortunate enough to have work - many people have been able to sit with their family for multiple meals a day There are others as well, but these are a few I've noticed. Life in The City before lockdown had reached a bit of a fever pitch - everyone rushing here, rushing there, then rinse and repeat. I hope that this moment to breathe gives us a moment to reset. I know that for me, I've felt incredibly fortunate to continue to conduct my business over this past year. I know that there are too many who cannot. As a central part of my business I have always committed a percentage of my commissions to charity, but over the past year I have tripled what I usually give back to the community. I see it as my duty and privilege. My favorite charity is Raphael House: raphaelhouse.org. Here are some pictures of appreciation for this beautiful city that I took over this past surreal year.
