It has been a busy week on the farm! We have welcomed 15 new rabbits to the animal count and anticipate quite a few more in the coming days.

Today’s harvest is the Japanese Plum, prunus salicina. We are grateful for the abundance of fruit this tree has provided this year and look forward to making jams, tarts and everything plum!
