Just a reminder that #SirenTestDay2020 is this Saturday! All of our 131 Early Warning System sirens will sound simultaneously at noon and again at 12:30 pm for ...three minutes. The siren system was installed as one of the requirements related to the operation of Diablo Canyon Power Plant. They are only located in the Diablo Canyon Emergency Planning Zone which stretches from Cayucos to Nipomo and east through San Luis Obispo as seen on the map below.
