Please join this Thursday at 11:00am: Stretching and Flexibility Techniques for Individuals with ALS. This one-hour live webinar course will address common musculoskeletal issues that can arise due to ALS, and strategies to help minimize joint discomfort while improving overall flexibility. It’s strongly encouraged to have a caregiver pre-sent to assist with the movements and to ensure proper positioning. Make sure to wear comfortable athletic clothing. *Irina Fedulow is ...a physical therapist and Board Certified Neuro-logical Clinical Specialist who has treated many individuals with ALS at UCSF, where she has consulted with the ALS and Head-ache institutes. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86262356522 Meeting ID: 862 6235 6522 Passcode: 705675 See more

The ALS Association is joined by a diverse coalition of more than 200 leaders in patient advocacy, business and labor, science, medical research, and more to support a YES vote on Prop. 14. We all agree CA must vote #YESon14 to continue lifesaving treatments and cures for chronic diseases like ALS, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and heart disease. @CaForCures

Jake Javier was completely paralyzed by a diving accident. Stem cell therapies helped him regain upper-body mobility, and his independence, again. Join The ALS Association Greater San Diego Chapter and VOTE #YESon14 to continue funding treatments and cures for millions of Californians who can benefit from these therapies. @CAforCures bit.ly/34bVmay
