When you decide to be a real entrepreneur or someone who buys and sells businesses for a living, you'll realize that you have a lot to learn, not just in knowledge, but also in experience of doing it. The problem is that most people aren't even going to hire you as a business consultant until you have demonstrated taking a company as an executive from $1M to $50M in 6 months. How in the world is something like that even possible? It has a lot to do with understanding the bas...ic fundamentals of business management, managerial and financial accounting, and a lot of working in developing a corporate marketing strategy. Every marketing strategy should include more than just a statement by the owner or executives such as "we just need to find great help; we can't find any decent help!" We all know there are great people out there and none of them work for free. No experienced professional musician wants to play for free with a hack drummer who can't keep TIME and cannot find the 1 in a simple 4 count rock beat. One of the concepts an entrepreneur must master is VALUATION, and most guys who have mastered #VALUATION won't even take your phone call until you've got $1M in cash for a budget. If you can find someone who'll take your call for less than that, be ready to pay them whatever they ask for. If your NEW potential CFO wants $5-10K to offer 5-10 hours of consulting services, jump on it. If you can't afford to lose $5-10k in your business, you're not a real business and you should go back to your marketing executives for real advice. LOL!! they'll probably laugh and tell you to come back when you have a real budget and a CFO. LOL!. Where does it end? When you implement a better Mergers and Acquisitions strategy inside your marketing plan with a real #BRAND strategy. We all love to work with people who are a lot like ourselves. If we have a TYPE A personality, we like to work with other attractive people who are TYPE A and in the gym all the TIME. If we're couch potatoes who just want to talk about how we know more than #BRADY, and we'll never be a professional athletes, we probably love being around others who agree with us about how Brady is still the best and just needs to find hotter chicks and better dudes to play with. LOL!.

So...where did the whole concept for ALPHA partners really come from and how was this company actually BORN? Quite simply put: the two of us (myself and my Now #MrNavySEAL buddy) were in engineering class and before I realized who was sitting behind me, I had just asked the question that the guy sitting behind me already knew the answer to; and when professor NARUSAWA said, you remind me of #HIGHschoolKID in #JAPAN ; you need to ‘DINK’ (#THINK ) before you open your ‘MOUD’ ... he was trying to teach me how to be competitive! That wasn’t my mission and unfortunately I didn’t understand the bigger picture and how to gainnan afvantage over my competition and even back then I was more communistic in my perspective. I didn’t like that he wasn’t thoroughly explaining and properly teaching the material and that he was complicating the process. I wasn’t going to tolerate it and I wanted everyone to know what I could understand and clarify the material for those who couldn’t read or think between the lines. Long story short; I admired physical capacity and work ethic over intelligence and I still do to this day. I can teach intelligence to pretty much anyone, but I can’t teach work ethic and physical desire and capacity to materialize real volume in quality action! This dude sitting behind me was a sophomore and he was already starboard position 1 in boat one on the varsity crew team! This mootherphoocher was a mootherphooching #BADASS and I’ve always respected top performing athletes over smart people, because they’re anything but fn lazy! There’s something about a person like that who knows how to take themselves behind that point where they take themselves to that point where they literally #PUKE and keep fn going! They don’t make men like that anymore! Men like that make themselves and very few have that level of fire and desire to actually #MAKEitHAPPEN ! They are literally the #ALPHA , and 99% of people just can’t COMPETE! I felt I had to start a company and I asked him to be my partner!

Unlike in the recent case where Peter Pan separated from greyhound and its previous merger or acquisition deal it embarked on; a couple or even single parent cannot just chose to walk away from a baby that costs too much more than what they originally anticipated or the cost exceeding the benefits.

Warren Buffett said, "when a management team with a reputation for brilliance joins a business with poor fundamental economics, it is the reputation of the business that remains intact !" Bet on the horse, not the jockey! In other words, no matter how smart you are, if you're trying to improve a shitty business by being a better business man, you won't have as much luck as if you were a bad businessman, joining a good business.

I had someone ask me, "is it better to have financing through Stocks or through bonds?".
