All Star SwingJam

Our trophies were already in progress when we made the call to cancel this year. I thought I'd share the pictures our baker Kristin Sorci sent of them all finished tonight. So sad I won't be giving these out this weekend . They came out so beautiful! Instead, I've asked her to donate them somewhere for us.

It with a very heavy heart that I announce we have just made the call to cancel All Star SwingJam this year due to the global Corona virus pandemic. All tickets will be held to next year as paid in full, regardless if there are any price changes. We are not offering refunds, but if you need to transfer your pass to another, we're happy to do so. Please go ahead and cancel your hotel rooms. We sincerely hope everyone is able to cancel and either transfer or refund any travel ...costs you've incurred so far. All of our staff has been invited to return next year, and we'll be working with them to make things even better when we return. As you can imagine there is a LOT going on for us at the moment making arrangements so please be patient about response times. All of our love <3 and please stay healthy. We appreciate all of the community's love and support during these extraordinary times. We'll stay in touch and see you all next year!

UPDATE 3/11/20: All Star SwingJAm 2020 has been canceled and will resume in 2021. ALL STAR SWINGJAM IS STILL ON! I appreciate everyone reaching out to ask the status of SwingJam during the current Corona virus outbreak. Our weekend is still planned to go forward although we continue to closely monitor any changes to the situation. Hi guys! In case you haven’t seen what we have in store yet, we have our schedule posted here: https://www.allstarswingjam.com/schedule. We have so much fun stuff in store for you, but we also know you don't want to choose between taking an awesome class or eating when you start getting those tummy rumbles. So we made sure you have lunch and dinner breaks to go out and get some grub! Our hotel has its own delicious restaurant and bar (much testing occurred!), not to mention that it’s easy walking distance to Trader Joes, Habit Burger, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Panda Express, and lots more! We don’t want any hangry Westies, and want to keep you fueled up all weekend long without missing a beat!

Huge news for All Star Swing Jam 2020! We are officially WSDC certified this year! That means you can get points and work your way up to that next exciting division here! We are thrilled to be able to help you achieve your dance goals and, most importantly, make sure you have fun learning and dancing with all of us along the way. We can’t wait to dance with you in March!
