The best time to record a live stream of your open house is when your open house is full of people. Online marketing visionary Gary Vaynerchuks said I can envision a hotshot real estate agent streaming live from an open house while talking to potential clients. Potential buyers will be able to view the house remotely and ask ...relevant questions that the realtor can respond to and show in real time. Think about all the house-showcasing programs that took television by storm in the late 90s and into the 2000s. It’s MTV cribs made even more compelling with livestreaming. Once you record your live stream video post it and boost it to bring even more traffic to your open house. 2. Ditch the Paper & Use an Open House Sign in App Start keeping track of who is coming in your open houses. Since each voicemail sounds like it was left by one of your agents, engagement rates are through the roof. 4. Use Door Hangers to Invite the Neighbors One of the best ways to get the neighbors to stop by is using door hangers. Take some time a couple days before the open house to go hang some door hangers in the surrounding neighborhoods. This is also a great way to stay top of mind in your farm area. Take your clients our to coffee and lunch and ask them a series of questions you have prepared, this will earn their trust and save you time in the long run. 2. Be visible everywhere Whether you like it or not our world is now online. Most of your clients will either find you online or hear about you from word of mouth. Even when a potential client hear about you from word of mouth they will still want to find you on social platforms and check out your work. Your social platforms need to be top notch, updated and have constant communication with whats going on in your work life. This will make you look successful and knowledgeable in your profession. Whats to be expected in 2020 2020 real estate market is predicted to be more competitive because of the low mortgage rate and lack of homes for sale. Mortgage rates will stay around 3.8 percent but fall no lower than 3.5 percent. New homes are expected to rise to an 11% increase. Existing homes are expected to rise to a 4% increase. The national median sale price of existing homes are expected to grow $270,400. Although in metro areas such as Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Miami... and San Francisco prices are likely to decline. This year is going to be a competitive year for agents, which is why NOW is the time to be advertising your business on social platforms. Social media is now where people turn too to find the buiesnses they are in need of. It is important to know whats going on in the market so you are knowledgable and can educate your clients as well.
