Mortgage rates will stay around 3.8 percent but fall no lower than 3.5 percent. New homes are expected to rise to an 11% increase. Existing homes are expected to rise to a 4% increase. The national median sale price of existing homes are expected to grow $270,400. Although in metro areas such as Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Miami... and San Francisco prices are likely to decline. This year is going to be a competitive year for agents, which is why NOW is the time to be advertising your business on social platforms.
