We really couldn't be prouder of our members. You can't stop these determined individuals. It's been a super trying year and to see everybody training so hard. Not letting covid-19, cold weather and gym closures stop them from improving themselves on a daily has just been incredible. Keep up the good work! We definitely look forward to opening the gym soon and bringing you everybody inside.

The schedule is finally here! Check it out! We are excited to announce our first rollout of classes! ... We will be sure to adjust and add more classes with time and demand. Along with monitoring our classes we will be enhancing our cleaning our protocols. We will share this in more detail soon. Our commitment to our members and community first and foremost is to create a clean and safe environment and as always provide the best instruction. We only ask our members to meet us halfway by staying home if you feel ill or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid. Masks are mandatory and some classes will continue to be held outside so bring your outdoor shoes. Most importantly bring a great attitude. We are back and hungrier than ever. Let’s get it !!
