As someone who is currently going to physical therapy using MediCal benefits, this would be devastating. I broke my leg about three months ago and without physical therapy my recovery would not be successful. PERIOD. The break was complicated, my ACL ripped the top part of my tibia off, I had to have surgery. The recovery from surgery has been brutal. I go three times ...a week and the physical therapist helps break scar tissue that has built up inside my knee. This process is extremely painful but without it I would need another surgery. I can’t imagine going through this process without a physical therapist, and am horrified this is being cut.
