So the PPP challenge continues...if the SBA is given approval for this, businesses that received $2m + in PPP loans, will have 10 days to complete a 9 page questionnaire essentially providing detailed analysis so they can review businesses' good-faith certification that made it necessary for you to apply for the PPP Loan!

Your business has secured the PPP Loan and heck we (and likely you) had kinda figured - spend 75% of what you received on qualifying payroll expenses and 25% on business rent, utilities and defined allowable expenses was the simplest calculation you could come across but it's not quite that straightforward. We've tried to simplify the details in the Forgiveness Application issued on May 15 as much as possible, whilst still demonstrating some of the complexities in the options... available to you from a calculation perspective.
