Installation Service Manager Job Description The Installation Service Manager (ISM) will be responsible for supervising and directing up to five (5) installation teams. They will be responsible for the performance of their teams during the installation process and the quality of the work performed. In addition, the ISM will be expected to understand and reach the revenue goals as directed by senior management Job Duties Identify and assist in the training and development of... qualified employees. Assist with the scheduling of work to be performed. Meet with the customer and answer any questions. Pre-site the scheduled work and order the necessary materials needed to complete the work, including metal. Visit each scheduled site. Be prepared to troubleshoot and solve any issues. Assist with the work when necessary Review team job performance. Be prepared to address any shortcomings. Understand revenue targets and assist their team in meeting them. Qualifications 2+ years as a lead HVAC installer. Thorough understanding of work-site preparation, including but not limited to; transition requirements; roof specifications; ductwork plans. Working understanding of equipment and ductwork sizing for residential applications. Management experience preferred. Budgeting experience preferred. Mourning for our mountain community right now. Thankful for the hardworking and brave fire fighters, local law enforcement helping with evacuations, and the other teams traveling from the Great Basin and other communities afar to help the local efforts. We have some of our own team members that have been evacuated from their homes, have relatives with homes affected by the Creek Fire, etc. Keep them in your prayers, and check the community for ways you can help donate.
