Just posting in advance so everyone marks their calendars. We have no classes on February 20th 2021 due to Tour de Palm Springs the lack of traffic control and rural space makes it unsafe to be driving to and from classes. Please be aware this is the time of year January to February that people practice for the race on the weekend on Thousand Palms Canyon Road and Dillion. There are no bike lanes and the roads are not multane. Please be aware of bicyclists as during this time we see many riding in packs vs single file. Especially around the curves where the speed limit is 45-50 and you may have to brake hard to avoid hitting a cyclist. Over the last few years we have seen an increase in congestion and scary situations during this time. So let's keep all of us safe and be aware.
