It looked like it was going to be my best year yet in February-March and the whole world and escrows flipped upside down. Unprecedented times with lots of hardship and uncertainty, however, also a time for massive growth and taking action to manifest my reality and seeing the fruit of my efforts. I'm extremely grateful for a strong backbone of support from Family, my Inner Circle of F...riends who constantly push and pull eachother to become stronger, and finally, Me for taking a chance on myself and making the right decisions that have gotten me this far. This property is a true testament to pricing properties right. Within a matter of days, I was able to generate 3 cash offers at or above asking price.
