Recent remodel in Hope Ranch. Great group of people to work along side. Master bathroom with glass tile in the shower, hardwood flooring throughout the house, mosaic tile splash in the kitchen, linear drains in the showers, steel frame windows and doors, barn door sliders, and phenomenal lighting throughout this home. Montecito remodel demolition started a couple of weeks ago. Today began with the removal of a 10,000.00 dollar chandelier. Transportation to its new owner in the near future. Stressful morning, but all went well.
