Air Plus Heating & Cooling

I had a leak from my AC condenser on top of the forced air heater, so I called Air Plus. I had a problem like this before, and you do not want to let it slide (mold). So a guy was able to come out quickly, and replaced the parts so the leak is gone. Also, he answered some general questions of mine about AC maintenance and replacement.

Air Plus is one of the most professional companies I have worked with. I needed a maintenance and got it scheduled with Amanda, the office manager, in just a phone call. Very simple and easy process, unlike those other companies that give you an all day window. Ralph arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and informed me that I had a bad part that needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and they were back out the next week to replace the bad part with the good one and complete the maintenance. Such a great company to work with. Will be using them again and referring them to friends and family!!

You can read my review from our first installation about 4 years ago of two split air conditioners/heaters. We had a third one installed last week downstairs. We were going to get another estimate, but they are reasonably priced and we can count on quality and professionalism and knowledge of their product and installation beyond reproach. And the units are so superior to the noise, on and off changes in temperature in classical air conditioning and heating. And they are miles cheaper to run. Our heating/air conditioning bills for our 3000 sq.ft house still range about $130 to $160. To be fair, we only use them when needed as we live near the coast. #mini-split

A positive experience. Kevin first came out and assessed our needs. He was not trying to sell anything more than what would work the best, and within our budget. Similar units that were quoted with competitors were over $1000 more and did not include the eight brand new air duct returns that were installed. What's also impressive is that the owner shows up at every job to make sure things are going well and meets the customer, which he did here. (Where else do you see this?) ...It's often said that a major key to a good air system is having it installed right. Due to this company's reputation, we sweated it out with no AC for two weeks because we knew it would likely insure a great unit. One of the three guys installing got called away to another job in early afternoon, and although the other two were also expected elsewhere, they took their time, did not rush, and made sure everything was perfect. I can't tell you how many times I've had plumbers, electricians, etc., throw stuff together in this situation and bolt out to their next job. Not here. Whoever was behind us had to wait, despite the fact that we have a small condo and not-so-expensive unit put in. They clearly did it right. They also follow up to make sure all went well, and to answer any questions. They were totally professional from beginning to end. #hvac

This has been my second visit in 3 years with Air Plus for a check-up on my Heating and Cooling Unit and must say I would never think of using anyone else. Ralph Edwards has been my technician and must say he is very thorough, explains any concerns, and very professional. Had to cancel this apt many times due to the virus and each time their office manager could have not been nicer or more accommodating in rescheduling so many times. I have a very old AC and furnace system that needed to be serviced. Instead of trying to talk me into purchasing a new system, the tech tested the system, said it looked pretty good, and should last for a couple more years. I will definitely call them when I am ready to replace the system! Kim Warner, one of the owners, is a very nice person, and Derrick, the tech that serviced my system, explained everything he did - a great guy!

We have been in the heatwave of 90 to 106 degrees this summer and then our HVAC stopped working at our home. Air Plus Heating & cooling had provided us with our HVAC system years back so I gave them a quick call and Kim told me that they had a very busy day, but she would call me back to see if she could send a tech out later in the afternoon. Kim called back with the great news that a tech would be out to inspect our HVAC and get us back up and running again. They worked their magic and we were very happy with the service everyone provided us so we could enjoy our home again. We would highly recommend them to anyone! Paul L.

I had an installation of a ductless mini-split and it went great from start to finish. From the first call into their office, Amanda took care of me and scheduled a free estimate with their sales guy Kevin. I was even able to go into their office and drop off the payment, which was more convenient for me. The install went great and only took 1 day like planned. The guys were very professional and careful. Will recommend to others.
