Are you feeling down about where you are at in your life right now? The holidays are here and you’re still not pregnant. I get it.... Usually this time of year is harder than most because of all the family gatherings, and you’re suppose to have your baby by now. On top of that this is an epic year of magnifying what you have and don’t have. I have an idea for you to help you feel better. Did you know that one of our higher human needs is giving? When you give to someone it is so fulfilling... it fills your heart and helps you focus on something else, something greater than yourself. There are so many people that can use your help. My idea is for you to find an organization that you can safely contribute to this holiday season. One of the organizations we decided to help was Meals on Wheels. We made bags for the seniors that are alone, either doesn’t have family or can’t see them. I’m not a crafty person, but it was fun, and I tapped into my feminine energy. Creating is very feminine. So not only will you be contributing to support another person that needs help, not only will that fill your heart and feel happy, you’re also doing an important fertility of exercise of creating. It may be the medicine you need right now. So go get busy creating, have fun doing it, and let me know whom you give to. Life is Precious. We never know when our ticket will be called. Today I lost my precious fur baby. I am so grateful I was able to enjoy her love and light for over 14 years. She was our office therapy dog for a many years and she loved making the patients smile. I know she would want you to use her passing as a reminder to enjoy your life. Don’t wait for baby to enjoy. Happy Thanksgiving! Even though this year is different, we still have an endless amount of things to be grateful for. Usually during this time of year, more than any other time of year, we ask ourselves... What am I thankful for? and this allows us to feel love and share love. ...
