We explore athletic archetypal champions and the similarities in their craft to Tojima sensei's suburi cut, especially the closing motion. Here is Saturday's(yesterday) online outdoor class. It was nice to finally do outside, albeit with masks and social distancing. We cover switching tracks(moving in circles around a stable center) and right left balance with staff/spear as gateway to that stable center.
