Why wait for 2021? The holiday season has begun and NYE is just a month away. Many of us will recommit ourselves to get in shape, get a new job, or live life to the fullest on January 1st. If you're serious about these goals, don't procrastinate. Commit to living better each day. A steady progression of small goals is much more effective than waiting until January. So ask yourself, what resolution were you going to set and what steps can you start taking today, tomorrow, and the next day? Wishing you all good health and peace in your communities!

So good to see Sensei posting training videos. This is the 1st of a six part Jo x Ken series. Each movement offers invaluable opportunities to practice techniques which directly translate into hand-to-hand (i.e. taijitsu) training.

With the strong increase in cases and hospitalizations, our city, county, and state have implemented more stringent Covid measures. Let's all do our best to protect ourselves, our families, and our communities. And, look for ways to support families in need and frontline care workers who are doing their best, too.
