This delicious BUCATINI pasta It's not on the menu but it will be our secret SPECIAL during the #brw20 . Ask chef Angelo for it. The smoked guanciale, pig jowl, makes the tomato sauce so flavorful!!

The best part about making #arancini is that they will need to chill, so we can watch the @49ers and be ready to fry them for our customers tonight.
