update The body recovered in the canal in Tracy has been confirmed to be that of Chenin Leyba-Carlson . This is now an active homicide investigation , Chen...in’s husband was taken into custody Tuesday night by Manteca’s PD. ............................ Per family members request: Please share and help bring her home This is my baby sister her name is Chenin Leyba-Carlson, she is the most kind and sensitive soul you'll ever meet. She has 2 beautiful children and a family that loves her so much .. ..She Was last seen leaving her home on Saturday December 19, 2020 at 8:30pm in Manteca, CA, according to her husband. She was scheduled to start a new job at Amazon in Tracy CA. She never reported. The circumstances of her disappearance are not completely known but are suspicious. I can assure you my sister would never leave her children. She would never accept a job offer and not show up. The Manteca PD has issued a missing persons APB on her and her vehicle. I want to put her face out there, if anyone in the Manteca, Lathrop or Tracy Area has seen her Or thinks they have please contact Manteca PD at (209) 239-8401.
