Hi Friends, I wanted to share some recent closings with you in 2021. I have had the pleasure of helping many lovely people buy a home. More buyers than sellers. I have found my niche, which is helping buyers buy their first home. ... I am grateful to be given this many opportunities, by my colleagues and clients. The first step with me is a buyers consultations where I explain the entire process, see if we will work well together, and prepare you to buy a home without experiencing heartbreak by losing offers or putting offers on homes we cannot be competitive on. I do not put pressure on clients, I prepare them to win, and in return most clients spend less than 2 months with me. Most get their first offer accepted. If we do not get the home on the first try, we adjust and almost always get the second. There’s a lot of strategy that goes into every situation. Every home is different, and I love that so much. I love the competition in the East Bay with almost every cute home getting 15+offers. Being a successful real estate agent in the East Bay prepares you to do even better in less competitive markets, like Vallejo, Fairfield, etc. I’m always looking for my next clients to help!! SOLD!! To Myself! $200,000 over the list price and appraised for $35,000 more than I paid . The listing agent listed the house way too low to market himself and in return he didn’t get the seller top dollar. I searched high and low for 7 months. I have a much better understanding what buyers go through and just how hard the process is. I didn’t realize how hard it was since it’s my job and most of my clients get their first offer accepted. ... This house received the most offers I’ve seen on a property, 45 offers!!! I reached out to 3 of my agent friends and asked them for their opinion. I was determined to get this house. Ladonna was the last call I made before submitting my offer. She gave me really helpful advice and in the end I got the house. Thank you Ladonna!!! 7 months, 5 offers and the house I got is the best one yet. Representing myself was much harder than I anticipated. I needed a therapist by the time it was over. Lol I bought my house 5 weeks ago. Here are a few before and after pics since I moved in. Hey everyone! Sorry I haven’t been posting much. I bought a house and have been focusing and settling in. I will show you guys next week when it gets painted. I just renewed my real estate license for the first time and I thought this would be a perfect time to express my gratitude for the last 4 years and what real estate has provided to me. ... In 2017 I walked into Coldwell Banker in Berkeley and asked the manger for a job. During my first year of real estate I didn’t make $1, I didn’t sale any houses. I was focused learning, taking all of the training Coldwell Banker offered. I used my credit card to pay for everything related to real estate while driving Uber. I did open houses every single weekend and it paid off over a year later. I made $2,000 on my very first deal and wanted to quit. But i kept going and my next 3 deals were all houses over $1m within a few weeks from each other. My mentor at the time called it beginners luck but the luck hasn’t stopped since. Real estate has allowed me to be the first in my family to graduate college, with two degrees from two different colleges. Real estate has allowed me to buy a house, help my family and friends when they need and travel to places I never thought I would go to. I’m more grateful than I can ever express. Thank you to all of my past clients/ friends who trusted me and helped me reach my goals without even knowing it. ( Posting pics of my new house next week ! )

What’s up real estate fam- I broke my foot 8 weeks ago while on vacation in Hawaii. I didn’t tell anyone and I continued to work but I will admit, working was very difficult with one leg. It was hard showing 10-15 houses every weekend as I usually do but I did the best I could. I used the I-walk 3.0 to be able to walk around without crutches. I was able to walk my dogs, grocery shop, show homes and go up and down stairs. I highly recommend it over the scooter! Today I take m...y follow up x-rays. I no longer have a cast on my foot and I have very little pain while walking. It’s getting better and better every day. Here are a few pics from the last 8 weeks since I broke my foot. Im very excited to get back into the swing of things, open houses every weekend and showing clients homes!! Congrats to all my lovely clients/ friends and thank you for your patience as I hopped around the last 2 months.

I don’t think anyone is more excited about open houses!! I absolutely love meeting new people. I thoroughly enjoy the process of helping clients from start to finish, and becoming friends. I enjoy the immediate connection clients feel when they decide they want to work together. I cannot wait to get back out there this weekend. Although we cannot shake hands and have to wear masks, I believe open houses will be just as fun as before!!!
