Because of the temporary physical store location closure, logistical changes and shortage of staff, we have not been able to respond to our customer queries in the same timely manner as before. Below is a quick summary of what we are doing, and a status update on orders and stock: Our business is partially operational, and all online orders wil...l be processed from our warehouse. With the increased demand we are currently 4-7 days behind in processing orders, but this changes daily. Updates on current processing time can be found in the bright green box at the top of our website. Our physical store in Laguna Niguel is temporarily closed to walk-in customers, but our local customers can place orders online. Cut-Off for placing orders for guaranteed arrival in time for Easter is March 31st, 2020. ALL orders placed before Wednesday April 1, 2020 will ship out to arrive in time for Easter. ALL Easter PRE-ORDERS have shipped out except for a few orders containing Beacon Hen Eggs. These orders will ship on Friday the 3rd of April to arrive in time for Easter. Stock Status: South African products: We are currently running low on South African stock and anticipate that we will sell out before our next containers arrive. Our South African containers are scheduled to arrive in 3 weeks in New York, but we anticipate many difficulties in logistics until get the items on our warehouse. British and European products: Since we have recently received two containers, we have a little more stock of British items. These items however will sell out before the next shipment arrival. With current logistical issues in the UK we have been unable to get our container shipments on the water. See more
