The Association of Fundraising Professionals, Orange County Chapter, has made promoting inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA) a central pillar in our goals moving forward. As part of this initiative, we will be hosting a Chapter Meeting on August 24, 2021, in partnership with the Greater San Fernando Valley (GSFV) Chapter and led by Brandi Junious of the USC Race and Equity Center (https://race.usc.edu), on the topic of Salary Equity (stay tuned for the invite). But... first, to hold ourselves accountable, gain the knowledge needed to drive programming, and track our progress, we need to hear from YOU! We invite you to share your experiences on the topic of salary equity in an anonymous survey about inclusion, diversity, equity, and access at your organization.
