Believe it or not, it's almost time to roll back our clocks! While many of us look forward to this extra hour of sleep all year long, it can seriously throw off your sleeping schedule. In preparation for Daylight Saving Time ending this Sunday, start putting these practices in place now to assure that your rest won't be seriously disrupted -Slowly start shifting the time you wake up a little bit later every morning leading up to the change. Get used to going to bed a little... bit later as well. -Try to keep up with your daily routine as best as you can. -Make sure to close your blinds as you sleep so the early morning sun does not wake you. -As always, avoid caffeinated beverages after 2 pm in the afternoon. -Although tempting to sleep in an extra hour, aim to stay asleep for a set amount of time.
