25yrs. Of running Aesthetic Tile Works, remodeling bathrooms & kitchens and I think this is the worst water damage I’ve seen couldn’t even start to reframe one bathroom had to demo both. #almost at ground zero #wooden windows in showers were a bad idea

Friday! What started as a simple tub enclosure and a floor, turned into a complete redo. Structurally stable and on its way to aesthetically pleasing!
