Remembering to lay out your pipe before installing whether it be a gas pipe, sewer pipe, or any time of water lines being installed underground it is essential to map and lay out before connecting as well as to test every fittings for any leaks. Here we have stage one of mapping the correct piping for our gas and sewer lines currently.

Remember a normal psi for a home pipe system is between 30 and 80 psi. While you don't want the psi to be too low, it violates code to be above 80. Instead, you should aim for a psi that's between 60 and 70. Buy a water pressure gauge hook it up to a hose bib after the regulator to determine your homes psi. HAVING TROUBLE GETTING HOT WATER TO FLOW THROUGH ? *For a tankless model with out a recirculating pump built in must have a recirculation line, it is a separate water pipe that runs off the hot-water line from the farthest plumbing fixture back to the water heater. *A pump at the water heater moves hot water through the recirculation line. Any cold water in the line is then removed... *A check valve must be installed in the line to ensure hot water only goes in one direction. *An aqua-stat is mounted to the hot-water pipe.
