I want to congratulate our team, and to thank Avalon Bay for completing an 1100 unit interior/exterior renovation at AVA Toluca Lake! The Avalon Bay Construction team did an amazing job in coordinating the complete interior rehab in OCCUPIED units! Very proud of everyone involved.

So thankful for Sabas Trujillo and everyone at Advantage Painting Solutions for making this monumental year so amazing! Total team effort!

Another successful multi-family project with National Community Renaissance ! Mission Cove in Oceanside is 288 units of affordable housing for low-income families, seniors, veterans, and youths who are transitioning out of foster care. We're very proud of our partnership with National Core, and appreciate working with a company that has such a positive impact on our community.
