Our demolition crew made quick work of this 3,800sqft existing Mount Soledad home last week, to make way for one of our next projects! We are developing and building a new, 8,500sqft custom spec home in an exclusive neighborhood in La Jolla, CA. The home will be hitting the market next year for $7mil, in case anyone is looking!
