Blue is our 3 year old blue pittie that is enjoying his time with his foster! This is what his foster has to say about Blue: Blue is the sweetest, most loyal, and emotionally intelligent dog I have ever met. He is lease trained, house trained, crate trained, and adheres to commands ‘sit, down, come, leave it, enough, etc.’ He likes challenges and is willing to work/train for his food. He loves belly rubs and when you hold his paw. He is a huge nature lover (like all dogs) ...but not a fan of small animals or cats. I think Blue would thrive best in a structured environment with a clear leader, no other dogs, preferably no kids. Someone who is willing to consistently continue his training so he reaches full potential. Yoshi was excited to go to the park to have fun (rolling around) and to work on his leash walking. Yoshi in his prior life did not experience adequate exposure outside of his backyard. The first time I took Yoshi to the park it was like a kid in a candy store. We have been to the park 6 times since his first visit and now he likes to strut around like all the other dogs at the park. Yoshi is a strong boy and would be best suited with an experienced strong adopter/foster to he...lp him master good leash walking skills. Yoshi is not dog react ive on our walks and has participated in our shelter tandem walks with other dogs. Yoshi loves to play fetch but can be overly fond of his ball. Yoshi would shine his brightest in an adult only homes with no otherpets.
