Lack of rest can inflame other effects of ADHD, such as increased stress, irritability and mood swings. Make rest your resolution. Remember, life isn't a race. Pace yourself, and give yourself permission to take a sleep, nap and rest. Your body deserves it. Want to learn more about your ADHD? Chat with us. https://www.millenniummedicalassociates.com
