When in doubt, plank it out! Another one of my wonderful clients, Juliana Campos, demonstrating a high plank variation by adding an alternating leg, toe tap to knee in movement. Planking movements are a great, full body exercise that not only help strengthen your core (which in return helps strengthen your back) but also your legs, shoulders, chest, etc. They are also safer on your back than performing crunches, which can be hard for people with frequent back or neck pain.... No equiptment needed for this move so give it a go today at home Aim for 30-60 seconds and go for 3 rounds!
