I love when patients are able to get an MRI or other scan that truly shows the changes after doing acupuncture. This patient showed more cartilage, healing, and less inflammation in her knees after regular acupuncture sessions. I thank her for sharing so others can see the healing benefits of acupuncture. Sitting in a chair most of the day is not healthy. If we have to do this then it is imperative to our health that we also counter act it with stretching, exercise, and proper posture. Acupuncture, massage and cupping are great ways to restore the body’s balance again. Please take care of your health and especially make sure those kids are moving and stretching after hours on zoom.
