Happy New Year to all Active Life Facebook members! Today I want to address posture. Do you have a desk job? Sitting and starring at a computer for several hours can be a strain to your body. Especially to your neck, shoulders and back. Make sure you take frequent breaks and stretch for a couple of minutes. When you’re sitting, don’t hunch or shrug your shoulders. Sit erect and straight.

I hope your holidays were filled with irresistible d’oeuvres, juicy meat and lushes desserts. But now 2013 is almost here which means we need to shed the holiday blubber away. Get a head start! Start with walking 30 minutes a day. Your waistline will thank me later. Cheers!
