We are happy to announce that Napa County has approved our business to reopen our office! We will open the office on May 27, 2020 for regular hours. Monday thru Friday 9-12 1:30 to 6 Saturday 9-12 1:30 to 5 Sunday 11 to 5... Gate Hours remain the same Daily 7 am to 7 pm Closed Major Holidays The following will need to be implemented for access to our office: Please do not enter if you have a fever or cough Anyone who enters office must wear a face mask No more than 2 people shall be in the office at one time All others will be asked to wait outside the office Please maintain at least a six foot distance from each other while on our grounds and office There will be no restroom facilities available at this time We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Our facility is open, so that our current customers can access their storage spaces during normal access hours. We have needed to modify some procedures during this time. Access to our Rental Office is temporarily closed in order to comply with local and state requirements and to protect the health and safety of our customers and co-workers. However, Managers are onsite and payments may still be made by phone with a credit card, by mailing in a check, money order, or by stopping by to drop a payment through the mail slot in the Office door. We are here to process payments, and assist our customers in any way possible, while honoring CDC guidelines. Please feel free to call us with any questions.. Attention Effective Tuesday March 17, 2020 no customers will be allowed to enter our offices until March 31st. This includes making payments and or new rentals or vacates. Please call our office phone number for direction on how to proceed with these services. Any changes will be updated as needed. You are welcome to visit your RV and Storage Spaces during normal hours for the time being. ... We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes but this is needed due to the restrictions with the Corona Virus recommendations.

Just a Reminder..... The RV Lot and Office will be closed on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve at 2 pm. If you need to access your RV please do so by 1:30 on those days. Gates and Office for all units will be closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day!... Have a safe and happy holiday!!
