Here’s a tough workout for you guys. Capoeira Shadow Boxing. Three 3 minute rounds with a good additional workout at the end of each round. Feel free to play the video and train with us in real time! ROUND 1- ginga/1 kick/1 dodge/ 1 repositioning movement. Then 75 crunches, 50 power jump squats, 25 pushups. 2 minute break. ROUND 2- ginga/2 kicks/2 dodges/2 repositioning movements. Then 75 crunches, 50 power jump squats, 25 pushups. 2 minute break.... ROUND 3- ginga/3 kicks/3 dodges/3 repositioning movements. Then 75 crunches, 50 power jump squats, 25 pushups. This is Capoeira shadow boxing, so if you get into a flow state in which you are blending these movements together in different ways, just go with it! The most important things are not letting yourself stop and making sure you have really good form on each movement.
